Skullcandy Launches "Soundlab" Rewards Program, Heightens Customer Engagement with Whimsical Video Campaign

Skullcandy is enhancing the customer experience with the launch of its Soundlab rewards program. Beyond a loyalty program, Soundlab is designed to bring fans closer to the brand through a new creative campaign. 

Soundlab members also gain access to various perks, including free shipping, exclusive offers, early access to new products, and special events. Members earn one point for every dollar spent. Just by signing up for the loyalty program, members receive 25 points. Members can also earn five points for following Skullcandy on Instagram or TikTok, 15 points for creating a customer profile, and 20 points for leaving a review. For every 100 points accumulated, members receive $20 in rewards, which can be redeemed at Skullcandy.com.

The program also gives members an insider’s look at Skullcandy’s creative process, offering behind-the-scenes content highlighting the brand’s commitment to product testing and refinement. The whimsical video features a “Willy Wonka-esque” ride that gives members a sneak peek into Skullcandy’s innovative subterranean labs. In the video, Skullcandy introduces the new Plasma colorway for the Crusher ANC 2 True Wireless Headphone.

The Soundlab video launch features Skullcandy’s refreshed Ambassador Team, with notable names from the surf, skate, and snow cultures, including Una Farrar, Mason Silva, Stafhon Boca, Kennedi Deck, Jill Perkins, Reid Smith, and Parker Szumowski. Content creators London Lazerson and Amanda Quach also have roles in the video.
