The call for entries for the 2019 Loyalty360 Customer Awards is now open!

In its third year, the Loyalty360 Customer Awards look to honor the industry leaders that are truly working to build stronger and deeper relationships with their customers by putting the customer first. As the association for customer loyalty, Loyalty360 recognizes those brands that go "above and beyond" in their dedication to their customers through this annual awards program. 

Any company with a customer-centric strategy that focuses on one of the categories below is eligible to enter. Brands may submit themselves for the Loyalty360 Awards, or vendors and partners may submit on behalf of their brand clients. 

After the initial judging round, four finalists will be named this summer for each of the individual awards categories. To complete the judging process, the finalists will be invited to the 2019 Loyalty360 Customer Expo, where each brand will make a short presentation of their entry to the audience. 

Award finalists will also receive press coverage on Loyalty360.org through press releases and award finalist feature articles, will receive a Loyalty360 Customer Awards trophy, and will receive a custom set of Loyalty360 Customer award winner logos for their website, social media channels, digital and print marketing materials. 

The Loyalty360 Customer Awards are also a great internal recognition for hard working teams and a chance to celebrate all that has been accomplished.

Congratulations to the winners of the 2018 Loyalty360 Customer Awards!


Loyalty360, The Association for Customer Loyalty, is proud to share the 2018 Loyalty360 Customer Award winners, which were announced on October 25th during Loyalty360’s Customer Expo in Nashville, Tennessee. Loyalty360 awarded finalists in nine categories, each representing a key facet of a brand’s customer loyalty focus. Additionally, winners for the Loyalty360 360 Degree Awards and Loyalty360 Honors were also announced during the ceremony. 

Earlier this fall, four brand finalists for each category were chosen by a board of judges comprised of Loyalty360 members, representing some of the top minds in customer loyalty. During the conference, each of the selected finalists delivered a short presentation on their brand’s award entry, after which conference attendees voted for what they felt represented platinum, gold, silver, and bronze winners in each category.
