JOANN Rebrands as “JO-AND” and Highlights the Joy of Creating
Sewing and fabric retailer JOANN is rebranding itself as “JO-AND” through a campaign that includes social media, creative commercial spots, and influencers. The brand is refocusing its efforts on the next generation of creators who enjoy creating and connecting with like-minded individuals. Beyond sewing and fabrics, JOANN boasts more than 100,000 SKUs, including needle arts, home décor, painting supplies, paper crafts, and more. The brand has also permanently reduced prices on more than 15,000 of its products to make creativity more accessible.
The new campaign also emphasizes JOANN’s dedication to giving back, whether partnering with organizations like Children’s Miracle Network and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, knitting hats for homeless people on the streets, or creating a scrapbook for a family member. Currently, JOANN is raising funds for The Kids’ Mental Health Foundation and invites customers to join their campaign. JOANN, along with its customers and team members, has raised more than $3.6 million toward the youth foundation, which offers free mental health treatment and resources to kids across the United States.
“We are excited to bring joy to more customers than ever, particularly those younger customers who are committed to finding happiness, mental health, and connections to others, all of which are benefits of creating.
