The Cleveland Cavaliers is partnering with Uptop to introduce its “Cavs Rewards” loyalty program. The program officially launched on October 25, 2024, just in time for the Cavaliers’ first home game. The fan engagement program is free to join and designed to enhance fans’ connection to the team by turning everyday purchases into memorable experiences and rewards. Through Cavs Rewards, fans can earn points via qualifying purchases at concession stands and bars at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Cavs partner locations in-store and online, and official locations, including restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Members can also earn bonus points by scanning receipts and referring friends. The points can then be redeemed for exclusive VIP experiences such as meet-and-greets with favorite team players, Cleveland Cavaliers merchandise, tickets, and autographed memorabilia.
