Winners in each category will be chosen by attendees at the Engagement & Experience Expo scheduled for Dec. 5-7, 2016, in Denver, Colorado. Each finalist will present the brand case in rapid-fire sessions intended to showcase its unique expertise and insight into the given category. 360-Degree Awards for overall excellence will also be given in both U.S. and International divisions, rewarding top CX providers both in America and across the globe.
