Lowe’s Kicks Off Holiday Customer Engagement Campaign

The home improvement retailer Lowe’s has announced a string of promotions to keep shoppers engaged throughout the holiday season. The campaign kicked off last week with Black Friday Every Day, a program of daily discounts on top-rated products, and Lowe’s annual PROvember event, featuring sales and loyalty bonuses on select professional tools and supplies. Both promotions run through November 22.    

Shoppers can access online-only deals from Thanksgiving Day till November 29. A spin-the-wheel game on Black Friday gives players a shot at a $10,000 Lowe’s gift card and other prizes. “We will have the best appliance deals this Black Friday,” said Jennifer Wilson, Senior Vice, Enterprise Brand and Marketing. After that comes 25 Days of Deals with daily online and in-store offers, plus same-day delivery on select items.     

Lowe’s says all full-size artificial trees sold in stores this year are equipped with LED lighting, and select styles come with matching décor items. The brand now offers shatterproof ornaments in five color schemes.  

Lowe’s also sells curated holiday merchandise under its partnership with country singer Brett “Mr. Christmas” Eldredge. The company is the official décor sponsor of Eldredge's annual Glow Live holiday tour.
