Gathr unveiled its new Gathr Rewards loyalty program, encompassing multiple brands underneath the Gathr label. The family of outdoor, camp, and recreation brands designed the multi-tier, cross-brand program to reward customer loyalty with points toward future purchases.
With plans to cover all Gathr brands, the program currently only includes ORCA, GCI Outdoor, Klymit, and Cascadia Vehicle Tents. Rewards members earn points equal to 5% back on purchases and 1% back on rooftop tents and clearance items. Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases, with each point equaling one cent.
“Whether enjoying a backyard BBQ or embarking on a multi-day overlanding excursion, Gathr Rewards helps make it more accessible for our customers to do what they love,” says Jim Hathaway, Chief Growth Officer, Gathr Outdoors.
Beyond earning points for purchases, Gathr Rewards members receive points for engaging with the brand through social media and product reviews. Benefits and points earned increase as members rise through three tiers: bronze, silver, and gold.
Customers who purchased from any applicable brands in the past 12 months will be automatically enrolled in the program and new customers can sign up during checkout or online. Members will have exclusive access to shopping events like product launches.
