Focus Brands® Adds to Leadership Team 

Focus Brands® appointed three new senior leaders across their business. Focus is the parent company of Auntie Anne’s®, Carvel®, Cinnabon®, Jamba®, McAlister’s Deli®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, and Schlotzsky’s®. 

Focus welcomes the following new leaders into roles across the family of brands: 

  • Julie Younglove-Webb, Chief Brand Officer, Auntie Anne's 

  • Jim Cannon, SVP of Design and Construction 

  • Chris Newman, SVP of Real Estate 

 

Lowe’s Tests In-Store Birthday Parties 

As part of their next move in customer engagement, Lowe’s will host in-store birthday parties to inspire younger generations to start building. It’s Build a Birthday parties will expand on their monthly kids’ workshops. 

The test will only be available in ten stores across the U.S., with the goal of expanding nationwide if successful. Lowe’s created the program to increase engagement with younger generations and inspire children to start building. 

 

The NBA Partners with StellarAlgo to Increase Fan Engagement 

StellarAlgo entered a multi-year partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA). The deal provides 30 NBA teams with access to the StellarAlgo’s Platform, designed to engage fans in-venue and elsewhere. 

The StellarAlgo Platform combines fan data from team and league sources to create a single customer view. It allows teams, leagues, and rightsholders to more effectively engage with their fans and provide them with personalized experiences.
