Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, a sports pub chain with locations in more than 20 U.S. states, partnered with SoundHound AI to implement its advanced artificial intelligence (AI) phone ordering system so that customers can place their phone-in orders with an AI voice assistant.
The AI system was designed to understand and process natural human language and speech. It first rolled out across corporate locations and is now available for franchise locations.
SoundHound programmed the AI solution to learn Beef ‘O’Brady’s menu and address general questions about restaurant hours, menu specials, promotions, parking, and more. Customers can place their orders with the voice assistant, even during busy periods when restaurant staff is overwhelmed. The system can answer 100% of calls, ensuring that every call is addressed and multiple orders can be handled simultaneously.
