The Bo-Linda Initiative Automates Routine Tasks
Bojangles, a chicken and biscuits chain, announced their agreement to expand the integration of Hi Auto’s drive-thru-voice and AI platform across hundreds of their restaurants. Bo-Linda™, Hi Auto’s drive-through AI technology, is designed to further cultivate a positive work environment and increase productivity by easing the workload of team members. The initiative has already been successfully implemented in over 50 Bojangles restaurants, a reflection of the company’s commitment to increased productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
“Bo-Linda takes orders more than 96% of the time without human intervention. This directly promotes overall satisfaction by offloading order-taking tasks from team members to enable their focus to be on providing a fantastic and consistent customer experience,” says Richard Del Valle, Chief Information Officer at Bojangles.
Essentially, in automating routine tasks, employees are allowed more time to enhance guests’ experience and develop relationships with consumers, which keeps them coming back.
