Loyalty360, The Association for Customer Loyalty, has announced the finalists for the 2019 Loyalty360 Awards. These awards recognize brands that are driving customer loyalty forward and successfully navigating today's complex and evolving landscape. The winners will be selected by conference attendees during Loyalty360’s upcoming Loyalty Expo next month.

Awards will be given across a total of twelve categories, each representing a key tenet of a brand's interactions with customers. In addition to these categories, top-performing finalists will also be competing for the 360-Degree Award for overall excellence.

The announcement of the Loyalty360 Awards finalists marks the completion of the first half of a two-phase judging process – part of which makes the Loyalty360 Awards truly unique to the industry. The finalists were selected by a board of judges comprised of Loyalty360 members, representing several of the top minds in loyalty and customer experience. Through this initial judging phase, the extensive pool of entries was narrowed down based on a variety of criteria that focuses on the quantitative and qualitative metrics submitted by each brand.

The second part of the judging process takes place at Loyalty360’s Loyalty Expo where conference attendees will judge their peers based on short presentations delivered by each finalist. Conference attendees present during the finalist sessions can select their choices for platinum, gold, silver, and bronze winners for each category.
