The Fresh Market announced the company’s first loyalty program in the company’s 40-year history. Membership perks of The Ultimate Loyalty ExperienceSM include exclusive savings on products, rewards and a free slice of birthday cake.

The new loyalty program is available in all 159 stores and on the company website.

 "We took all the best of the best elements from our key learnings and applied them to our brand, our guests and our business model to create the Ultimate Loyalty Experience," said Kevin Miller, Chief Marketing Officer at The Fresh Market.

The Ultimate Loyalty Experience features include automatically loaded and clippable member-only loyalty offers, digital coupons and "The Club Hub" purchase frequency programs, which allow guests to earn free items or dollars off favorite items.

The program launched with five clubs: meal kits, cheese, panini, floral and coffee clubs. Loyalty members will have the opportunity to help pick the next club, adding much sought-after personalization to the loyalty program.
