Young America, www.young-america.com, an incentive marketing firm, has hired Shannon Campbell, a 20-year veteran of the incentive, loyalty, rebate, prepaid and CPG industries, as vice president, incentive solutions focusing on large clients in the incentive product marketplace.
 
For eleven years immediately prior to joining Young America, Campbell worked for InteliSpend Prepaid Solutions, LLC (an independent entity within Maritz Holdings, Inc.), as a senior account executive covering Fortune 500 brands headquartered in the Central U.S.
 
His previous work experience includes leading sales roles at Nabisco Biscuit Company and Crumpley & Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/ Administrative Management from Missouri State University. He will be based in St. Louis.
