Cambridge-based SCVNGR Inc. is ready to take a retooled version of LevelUp — its mobile app-based service that pairs loyalty deals at local businesses with a new breed of mobile payment — into the mainstream.
Three months after launching the revamped LevelUp, the startup said this week that it’s expanded the service beyond its two pilot markets — Boston and Philadelphia — to include New York City and San Francisco.
