Priceless Inkjet & Toner has set out to avoid one of the major pitfalls that has befallen so many loyalty programs in the past. Aiming to remedy something that has consistently been a source of customer frustration, Priceless Inkjet Cartridge, a major Florida-based printing supply retailer also known as the Priceless Inkjet Cartridge Co., has announced that it will offer a loyalty program with rewards that will never expire.

With the introduction of the Members Ink Cash Rewards Loyalty Program, Priceless Inkjet & Toner promises that the new customer loyalty and referral program will allow cash rewards to accrue until they are used. This means indefinitely, even in the event of prolonged customer inactivity.

Alongside the impressive no expiration policy, the Members Ink Cash Rewards Loyalty Program also comes packed with a host of additional benefits. As customers purchase various printing supplies, they are awarded a 10% credit that is placed in their account. The value is based on an aggregated price of the products purchased and can be used immediately or left to accumulate and increase in value.
Another aspect of Members Ink is based on customer referrals. Known as the Members Ink Referral Reward Program, customers can recommend the brand to friends or associates by inviting them to join the loyalty program through a “person referral link,” which benefits both the referrer and the new member as well. After a referred customer makes a purchase, both parties then receive an aggregated 10% cash value added to their accounts.
“We figured it was a better way to attract loyal clients by rewarding them for their new customer referrals,” Slipatchuk continued. “The rewards program has been well received and after six months of regional testing, we already have some customers that are purchasing their printer products at no or little out of pocket cost but simply using their cash rewards from previous purchases and referral rewards from new customers.”
