Stingray Launches Save the Sale Conversion Solution

Chatter by Stingray, the AI-driven customer insights solution, announced the launch of Save the Sale: a new solution that enables brands to convert non-purchasers into buyers by uncovering their pain points through one-to-one conversations in real-time. The platform captures up to 40% of non-purchaser feedback, giving brands access to a neglected demographic.  

The Save the Sale feature engages with consumers while they are shopping and works to identify and quickly resolve their challenges before the sale is lost. Chatter’s proprietary AI technology categorizes text responses, then provides hyper-targeted solutions for common barriers to purchase in real-time. The solution can detect customer frictions such as lack of inventory, personalizes the engagement, and redirects the customer to the online store funnel to increase conversion. These actionable insights help brands sharpen their win-back strategy​ and decrease the flow of existing or potential customers toward competitors.  
 

Zara Expands Sustainability Efforts to Resale Market

Spanish retailer Zara has officially stepped into the resale market as it revealed plans to launch its own pre-owned platform in the UK. ‘Zara Pre-Owned’ will be integrated through Zara’s physical stores, its e-commerce site and its mobile app. Through the platform, customers will be able to resell their Zara items through a peer-to-peer process. 

The retailer will also be offering repair services on any used Zara garment. Customers will also be allowed to request that their used clothing be collected from their home for donation. This feature builds on Zara’s donation containers, with online donations now set to go to the Red Cross. The retailer’s goal is to urge its customers to make more sustainable decisions.
 

Pokeworks Partners with GroupRaise for Fundraising Efforts

Pokeworks is doubling down on community involvement through its new partnership with GroupRaise, an online marketplace and booking engine that helps local schools, organizations and non-profits request fundraising support more efficiently.

The online fundraising platform will be connected to current and future locations, giving Pokeworks an easy way to connect with its community to give back. Pokeworks recently donated proceeds from its Spicy Crunchy Surimi Bowl sold to Heart of Dinner, a non-profit helping to end food insecurity.
