Hyatt Launches 'World of Care' with Commitments to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Hyatt Hotels unveiled World of Care – a global Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) platform – designed to address the pressing challenges faced by Hyatt’s colleagues, guests, owners, and communities and enact meaningful change within the hospitality industry.

World of Care builds on Hyatt’s more than 60 years of efforts to care for the planet, people, and responsible business, and the launch of this platform provides an opportunity to support key milestones and initiatives for Hyatt.

Grubhub Doubles Down with the Grubhub Guarantee
Grubhub announced the Grubhub Guarantee, the company's newest feature promising diners on-time delivery and the lowest price relative to competitors, or Grubhub will make it right with Grubhub Perks for free food.

In a study of thousands of consumers, Grubhub looked at what mattered most to diners, and on-time delivery came in as one of the top factors when choosing a food delivery platform. With the Grubhub Guarantee, Grubhub is standing behind on-time delivery and lowest price in order to facilitate a great diner experience and protect restaurants' reputation. The Grubhub Guarantee builds on the recently-launched Grubhub Direct, which gives restaurants a commission-free option to build their online presence and underscores the company's ongoing commitment to serve restaurants as they recover from a tough year.
 
SnowShoe Launches New Gamified Loyalty Solution Pilot
SnowShoe announced the pilot launch of a new gamified retail loyalty solution with a large group of local retailers in Olympia, Washington. The new Go Downtown loyalty program uses a world-class shopping game application coupled with the unique Spark hardware solution to promote cross-store loyalty and bring people back to downtown Olympia.

SnowShoe chose downtown Olympia for this pilot because of the community’s successful “buy local” movement. The Olympia Downtown Alliance is an active partner in the launch.
 
Wawa Marks Grand Opening of Philly ‘Stadium Store’
CStoreDecisions.com says Wawa celebrated the opening of its newest store in Philadelphia, Wawa’s “Stadium Store,” located at 2600 Penrose Ave., located just over a mile from the South Philadelphia stadium complex. Wawa hosted a special celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony, featuring VIP customers, local officials and charity partners, and exclusive announcements and interviews about Wawa’s support for the city of Philadelphia’s bid to host FIFA World Cup 2026 matches and Wawa Welcome America events.

The event also featured free coffee all day and free Philadelphia Soccer 2026 t-shirts for those “Joining the Team” on-site and showing their support for the city’s official bid to bring the world’s game to Philadelphia.
