Hy-Vee and Soda Health Form Partnership and Smart Benefits Program 

A new Smart Benefits program has been revealed by Hy-Vee, Inc. and Soda Health, enabling members to access personalized health and wellness benefits at all Hy-Vee locations across eight states in the Midwest. Those enrolled in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or an employer benefits program are eligible to join. The program is also open to other public organizations.  

The partnership between Hy-Vee and Soda Health seeks to combat food insecurity while helping members improve their health. The program emphasizes healthy choices and taps into the expertise of Hy-Vee’s network of registered dieticians and retail pharmacies.  

Soda Health is providing the benefits program, which is funded through insurance plans and other organizations centered on improving health. Depending on an individual’s healthcare plan, program members could be eligible for food benefits, biometric screenings, condition management programs, dietician services, vaccinations, and a smoking cessation course.  

Through the Smart Benefits program initiative, Employers can develop customized benefit plans that fit their employees’ needs. Gift cards, fuel discounts, and more provide employers with a way to incentivize employees to make healthy decisions.

Live Más LIVE in Las Vegas with Taco Bell 

On February 9, 2024, in Las Vegas, Taco Bell will reveal its plans for the year on stage at Live Más LIVE. The brand promises “a year’s worth of innovation and product launches” will be shared with eventgoers and those watching the live stream from Las Vegas. The unveiling will also share the renowned partnerships the brand has formed to help elevate the Taco Bell experience for customers.  

The fan-first event will feature musical performances and a look behind Taco Bell’s “purple curtain.” The brand plans to blend company announcements and culinary innovations from the Taco Bell Test Kitchen — with tasting opportunities — alongside entertainment. Select Taco Bell Rewards members will be given an opportunity to grab front row seats. Fire! Tier members should check their Tuesday Drops by January 16 for a chance to attend Live Más LIVE in Las Vegas.

A new direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform is now available for fans of HI-CHEW® candy — a fruity treat known for its chewiness and a broad selection of flavors. The platform allows candy lovers to purchase Stand Up Pouches, Peg Bags, and Sticks, among other items.
