Bilt Rewards, Awayz to Add Hotel Award Pricing and Availability to Its App

The Bilt Mastercard®, a highly popular no-annual-fee credit card in today's market, has enhanced its benefits and rewards program to provide greater satisfaction to cardholders. The Bilt Rewards program operates similarly to renowned rewards programs such as Chase Ultimate Rewards and American Express Membership Rewards. Under this program, cardholders have the option to redeem their points through Bilt's travel portal at a fixed rate of 1.25 cents per point. Furthermore, card users can amplify the value of their points by transferring them to any of the program's 14 transfer partners, comprising 12 airlines and two hotels.

Bilt Rewards members can also enjoy savings when booking through the World of Hyatt and IHG One Rewards programs. Once a rewards member identifies a suitable hotel for their upcoming trip, they can effortlessly transfer the required points to the partner program for seamless booking. This entire process can be conveniently managed through the user-friendly Bilt app, which also features the "Awayz" tool within the 'Travel tab' for simplified hotel selection. With this tool, users can search for award nights based on geographic location or specific hotel names. This versatility empowers cardholders to discover more opportunities for cost-effective stays at hotels and access other amenities that enhance their overall experience.

Cracker Barrel to Launch New Loyalty Program

Cracker Barrel is planning to launch its first loyalty program by the end of September. The move was made to improve restaurant traffic and to reward loyal fans of the country-style restaurant. The loyalty program is based on Cracker Barrel’s peg game, and participants will earn “pegs” for each dollar they spend in both the restaurants and the retail shops.

“We know technology is important to a lot of our consumers,” Masino said. “But even if you're not super into technology, we're allowing you to earn points outside of the app, which is really distinctive in the industry. And we'll allow everybody to participate and let everybody know that we value them and that we value their visits with us.”

Gamification and partnerships will drive the rewards program, where consumers can earn more pegs on the app when they interact with surprise-and-delight events to save on menu favorites and in-restaurant shop items.

“We'll be partnering with Dolly Parton in late October to highlight the program,” current Cracker Barrel CEO Sandra Cochran added, “and to promote Dolly's highly anticipated collaborative album, ‘Rock Star,’ which will be available in our stores.”

The popular restaurant chain’s loyalty program will grow and develop into Q4 of this year with new rewards and benefits coming for Cracker Barrel loyalty members.
