The 9th annual Loyalty Expo, presented by Loyalty360 – The Association for Customer Loyalty, will kick off on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at the DoubleTree Universal Orlando.

Loyalty Expo has earned the reputation of being one of the industry’s premier events, which continues to provide a forum for loyalty marketers to meet and discuss the challenges facing brands today.

The biggest one yet, this year’s Loyalty Expo will be another top-notch gathering of top brands across a variety of sectors, with the most innovative and successful loyalty and rewards programs. Over 20 interactive sessions are planned where the top minds in loyalty marketing will share their insights.

What’s more, there will be breakout sessions conducted by the finalists from the 3rd annual Loyalty360 Awards on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, in advance of the awards presentation later that day.

The 17 brands nominated define innovation and excellence in customer loyalty. Expo attendees will determine the award winners at a ceremony that evening. In addition to the 360-Degree Loyalty Award, brands will compete for the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze levels in six other categories: Loyalty or Rewards, Technology & Trends, Creative Campaign, Customer Experience & Engagement, Customer Insights, and Measurement.

Another highlight of Loyalty Expo will be the unveiling of the highly anticipated 3rd annual Loyalty Landscape: The State of the Industry report. This informative summary contains valuable insights into loyalty, rewards, and customer relationship management.

Expo attendees will also discover the newest best practices in loyalty marketing that will be presented across a variety of topics. These include a look at big data and analytics, loyalty program trends, customer experience, customer relationship management, and understanding how to best use social media. Also covered will be the best ways of taking loyalty mobile, delivering consistent messaging across multiple channels and platforms, the use of payment technologies, and effectively listening to customers for improved execution.

The three-day session is certain to be packed with vital information, insights, and learnings. From speed networking opportunities, tech showcases, an Exhibit Hall, and interactive breakout sessions, to cocktail receptions, keynote speeches, and marketer-only peer-to-peer roundtables, the Loyalty Expo is the place for any brand, large or small, to gain an edge in the loyalty space.
