The company named Cameron Karr as CEO, Ord Elliott as Chief Strategy Officer and Roland Cavanagh, as Senior Partner.
Prior to the launch of Karvida operations, Karr, Elliott and Cavanagh individually and together have delivered management consulting services including Strategic Planning, Organization Design, WorkOut, Six Sigma, Lean and other training services extended to more than 20,000 professionals at companies such as GE, PG&E, Shell, Procter & Gamble, Principal Financial Group, Cisco, HP, Intel and British Petroleum.

The Karvida management team is led by Cameron Karr who has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Karr's 25 years of experience in customer satisfaction, operations and change management includes executive positions at MarketTools, Inc., SAP Business Objects and Advent Software, Inc.
Ord Elliott, renowned expert on strategy and change management, and author of The Future is Fluid Form: Practical Steps for Designing Flat, Flexible Organizations joined Karvida as Chief Strategy Officer. Elliott has a long track record of delivering strategic and organization change advice for Fortune 100 and Silicon Valley start-up companies.
