There’s a lot of talk in the industry presently about improved brand experience and enhanced customer experience. Often, this refers to efforts to make websites and apps frictionless. But for many retailers, enhanced experience means building or redesigning stores to make shopping more of an event for consumers. This enables physical retailers to offer something that e-commerce retailers cannot.

Now, Hair Club is taking part in the trend. In response to increased demand and growth, the brand has announced a state-of-the-art center-of-the-future in Ottawa, Ontario. The 1,200 square foot-large center will open on July 9, 2019 and will serve current and prospective clients.

The new Ottawa center will continue to offer Hair Club’s suite of hair enhancement, treatment, and restoration solutions. Hair Club Ottawa will also feature a premium salon experience in addition to private consultations and styling stations.

Founded over 40 years ago, Hair Club provides solutions to improve hair health, thinning, and loss. Hair Club has served more than 500,000 clients in over 120 locations across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

“We’re thrilled to succeed our existing center with this new, contemporary center in Ottawa,” says Mike Nassar, Hair Club’s President and CEO. “It represents our continued commitment to providing the most up-to-date facilities for our clients while reflecting our aggressive plans for expansion. The Ottawa center was selected as just our third location to model the center of the future, as we continue to innovate and set the stage for exciting things to come.”

Overall, this new store should provide consumers a compelling reason to visit a physical location. It will enable them to get the personalized treatment that social-media-leaning beauty retailers cannot. It will be interesting to see how consumers take to the new center.
