For instance, there’s FanBridge API, which is “a Fan Relationship Management (FRM) platform that offers customer engagement and rewards services. Clients of FanBridge can use their tools to interact with their customers and fans, reward them for being customers and fans, and make new customers and fans.”
 
Public Transit Agencies Think Rewards Programs Can Bring back Riders
Loyalty programs may enter the public sector. “Capitalizing on the spread of smartphones and mobile ticketing systems, which make personalized rewards much easier to administer, transit officials around the country are preparing for your daily commute to score you complimentary drinks, gift certificates, even free rides.”

MoviePass Shuts down Mid-Summer
The subscription service has been experiencing some difficulties lately. The MoviePass interruption took effect at 5 a.m. ET on July 4, and the company announced that no subscribers will be charged during the interruption period. Subscribers will be automatically credited for the number of affected days once the service continues.

7-Eleven Partners with US Army
The convenience retailer has partnered with the US Army by joining the Partnership for Youth Success program. New research from Carnegie Mellon indicates that a certain amount of intellectual diversity optimizes teams. “The ideal mix follows ‘the Goldilocks principle: Not too little (diversity), and not too much.
