Bilt has launched the Bilt Card 2.0, a revamped suite of three credit cards designed to deliver rewards on rent, mortgage, and everyday spending. For the first time, homeowners can earn rewards on mortgage payments in addition to rent, and all cardholders receive a 10% introductory APR on new eligible purchases for 12 months, subject to terms and approval. The cards are issued in partnership with Cardless, Fidem Financial, and Column N.A.

Each of the three Bilt Card 2.0 options, ranging from a no-annual-fee version to a premium card with added perks, earns Bilt Points plus 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday purchases. Bilt Cash is a new rewards currency that can be used for monthly credits at restaurants, hotels, rideshares, and more, or converted to unlock extra points on rent or mortgage payments. Bilt also continues to offer free rent reporting to major credit bureaus, helping users build credit while they pay for housing.

A key highlight of the program is that users can pay rent and mortgage with no transaction fee, and there’s no preset limit on housing payments that qualify for rewards. Bilt’s approach connects housing spending to neighborhood commerce and lifestyle benefits, while built-in credits on the premium cards are structured to help offset annual fees over time.

Current Bilt members can transition to the new cards by January 30, 2026, to maintain continuity in their accounts, including keeping the same card number and avoiding a hard credit inquiry.
