The “Loyalty Landscape” is a data-driven, confidential assessment of customer loyalty that industry insiders claim is long overdue will be given to all attendees at the 2014 Loyalty Expo (www.loyaltyexpo.com).

The confidential data will be analyzed and compared with entry data submitted by more than 60 brands competing in the inaugural Loyalty360 Awards, in total over 200 brands were analyzed as to their spend on customer retention, engagement, new technologies they are implementing and other aspects of their loyalty efforts.

The Loyalty Landscape is a detailed quantitative and qualitative assessment across industry size and vertical should be invaluable to all brands (it will be for sale on Loyalty360.org after the conference).

The First Ever Loyalty360 awards will be presented as well at the 2014 Loyalty Expo (www.loyaltyexpo.com). The winners will be recognized in a special luncheon ceremony and brands that attend the show will have the ability to meet with them in a special marketers only roundtable to learn more about their program offering and how they are keeping their customer loyalty efforts “cutting edge” and driving significant financial and customer based results.
