Chipotle Launches Pride Month Campaign with New Uniform and Merchandise

Chipotle Mexican Grill is celebrating Pride Month in June with a new employee uniform option and merchandise. The apparel options are part of the brand’s 20+ year commitment to diversity and inclusion among team members and guests.

The brand’s first Pride Month uniform is available to all employees. The brand will give 500 of the “Love What Makes You Real” shirts to team members who message @PeopleofChipotle on Instagram. Additionally, Chipotle’s Pride Edit merchandise line is currently available to all fans. For each sale from the collection, Chipotle will donate $10 to the Trevor Project — a nonprofit focused on suicide prevention among young members of the LGBTQ+ community.
