The other day I had lunch at my favorite Mexican restaurant. After completing my chili relleno combo plate and 2nd basket of chips I started to ponder my afternoon nap plans. Given my preoccupation, I left “Casa Durango” without getting my loyalty card stamped. I keep my Casa Durango loyalty card right next to my credit card, but like a lot of loyalty programs, they’re simply not top of mind, even when I’m literally consuming the brand as a tasty lunch.
