The rollout of Voice AI technology in Taco Bell drive-thrus is designed to enhance team members’ efficiency while elevating customer order experiences. Taco Bell is a part of Yum! Brands and this drive into Voice AI has been a close collaboration between the two, working through valuable customer and employee input to ensure that this initiative, while creating profitable growth for both brands, also benefits customers and employees.
