Orlando, FL, August 13, 2011—Sundrop Mobile today announced that Storm Duncan, former Global Head of Technology M&A at Credit Suisse, has joined Sundrop’s board of directors. Storm has been actively engaged in the technology sector for nearly 20 years, and has advised some of the most leading edge technology companies in the world throughout various stages of their growth cycle, including Google, Microsoft, SAP, VeriSign,  Hewlett-Packard, Intuit, and Symantec, amongst others.  At Credit Suisse, Storm was responsible for managing one of the world’s top technology M&A advisory groups, and led the group to a #1 market share position during his tenure.  Mr. Duncan is a frequent speaker at technology industry events, has participated on numerous industry panels and has co-authored and co-taught a course on mergers and acquisitions at Stanford Law School.
