Atlanta, GA (June 8, 2011) - rDialogue, a leading customer loyalty and relationship marketing firm, has hired Teresa Caro, a digital marketing strategy veteran, as Vice President of Strategy. Her focus will be to extend rDialogue’s loyalty and relationship marketing expertise and share with its client base her unique digital experience, especially in the area of social loyalty.
Caro joins rDialogue from Razorfish, where she led its Social CRM practice as a member of the CRM Global Solutions team and co-authored “Liminal: 2011 Razorfish Customer Engagement Report.” She brings with her more than 15 years of experience in marketing and strategic operations in retail, automotive, technology and CPG. A past president of the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association, a non-profit professional association dedicated to innovation in interactive marketing, Caro is currently an AMA board member and co-chair of the AMA AMY Awards.
