SALT LAKE CITY—Mindshare today announced the availability of the Mindshare App, a mobile application that allows ground-level managers at retail outlets and call centers to immediately access, view, track and take action on customer survey information as it is submitted. The Mindshare App will bring all the functionality of the company’s online Survey Inbox, Alert System, and Incident Management tool offering to Android mobile devices and soon to be available on the iOS platform. The Mindshare App instantly delivers location-specific feedback to the manager who can most effectively address issues and institute changes, often before a customer leaves the store. Using Mindshare’s enterprise feedback management platform, companies are able to improve operations, foster consumer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by gathering and responding to customer feedback right away.

When feedback from customer surveys is captured, the Mindshare App instantly alerts location managers to the issues and provides the tools needed in order to categorize, track and take appropriate actions on each survey response. Additional features include the ability to take incident management notes, receive instant alerts for problematic customer experiences, listen to customer voice comments and a click-to-call feature.
