MGM Resorts is launching its newly reimagined MGM Rewards loyalty program on February 1, introducing a more inclusive and flexible system designed for both gaming and non-gaming guests.
For the first time, non-gaming customers can earn MGM Rewards Points, redeemable for hotel stays, dining, entertainment, and more across the company’s 20+ premier U.S. destinations.
Members can now earn Points on nearly all spending, while slots players also earn Slot Dollars. The existing five-tier structure – Sapphire, Pearl, Gold, Platinum, and NOIR will stay in place, with Pearl status now easier to reach.
The revamped program introduces a range of enhanced, tier-based benefits tailored to how guests actually experience MGM properties. These include waived resort fees for Gold members and above, complimentary concert tickets starting at Pearl, exclusive tier events, late check-out, suite upgrades, and Tier Achievement Travel Credits to Las Vegas for higher tiers.
MGM Rewards Points and Slot Dollars no longer expire for Pearl members and above, adding long-term value and flexibility.
According to MGM Resorts’ Vice President of Loyalty Marketing, Anil Mansukhani, “MGM Resorts boasts an unrivaled collection of resorts and amenities for our guests from around the world. As every guest experiences our properties in unique ways, MGM Rewards is designed to recognize and reward every member with experiences uniquely suited to their preferences, whether that’s attending an incredible concert, enjoying a world-class meal, or staying in a luxury suite. MGM Rewards was developed as a direct result of customer feedback and now offers more ways to earn, more ways to redeem, and more exclusive benefits at MGM Resorts’ 20+ destinations nationwide.”
MGM Rewards spans MGM’s full portfolio, including iconic resorts such as Bellagio, ARIA, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Borgata, Beau Rivage, and MGM National Harbor, alongside access to more than 400 dining venues, premier entertainment spaces, and top-tier gaming floors.
Additional highlights include a limited-time Tier Credit multiplier promotion, an extended earning window at launch, new tier advancement celebration dinners, a redesigned MGM Rewards app for seamless tracking, and integrated rewards with BetMGM for sports betting and iGaming.
The program also expands beyond MGM properties through partnerships with major travel and lifestyle brands, offering perks across hotels, airlines, car rentals, and cruise lines, ensuring members are rewarded wherever their travels take them.
