Maritz, a leading sales and marketing services company, has become the newest partner of the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR). Maritz, which conducts customer satisfaction research, loyalty marketing, and motivation and learning programs, will work with the CHR to develop research that will inform best practices within the industry. Maritz Senior Vice President and Hospitality Sector Lead Michele Sarkisian is joining the CHR’s advisory board.

“The CHR is recognized for its reputable hospitality research on such issues as customer loyalty. Given that Maritz runs customer, channel, and employee loyalty programs for several top hotel firms, we see opportunities to collaborate with them,” said Sarkisian. “I look forward to interacting with the CHR researchers and making further contributions to the CHR research agenda.”
