Walmart+ and Pawp Collab for 24/7 Pet Telehealth

Walmart+ is launching a new pet telehealth benefit later this year in collaboration with Pawp. This benefit will provide members with free unlimited access to veterinary experts anytime. Last year, this service was piloted as a limited-time offer, which became Walmart+’s most successful limited-time offering in 2023. The program received positive feedback and high redemption rates, leading to its transition into a permanent benefit. Members can expect on-demand virtual visits, personalized care plans, and comprehensive support from licensed veterinarians and veterinary technicians with over five years of clinical experience.

“Our focus has always been on evolving Walmart+ in a way that puts our members first. Seeing how well-received Pawp was as a limited-time offer, we knew it was a valuable addition that would enhance the Walmart+ experience,” said Venessa Yates, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Walmart+. “This new benefit illustrates our continued evolution as we strive to provide seamless, time-saving, and affordable solutions tailored to our members’ needs.”

As part of Pawp for Walmart+, members will save $99 on a standalone Pawp membership, benefiting from free 24/7 veterinary support, personalized care plans, and actionable post-visit recommendations. As an added convenience, customers are given options for automatic deliveries of pet products at everyday low prices. During National Pet Month, Walmart will offer hundreds of rollback prices and thousands of deals to help pet owners save money.

Walmart+ provides a variety of benefits, including unlimited free deliveries, early access to promotions, fuel and travel discounts, Paramount+ streaming, and free returns for $98 per year or $12.95 per month.
