Subway Celebrates a Year of Enhanced MVP Rewards 

Subway is marking the first anniversary of its MVP Rewards program, which launched in September 2023. The guest loyalty program has quickly become a favorite among Subway fans, offering exclusive perks, discounts, and personalized rewards. Members have been rewarded with Subway Cash, limited-edition merchandise, and even unique prizes, making it a popular loyalty program in the fast-food industry. Since its launch, members have received $80M in Subway Cash for sandwiches, sides, and snacks.

The MVP Rewards program offers tier-based benefits like free chips on Fridays and birthday rewards that include a free six-inch sub, drink, and cookie. With more points earned per dollar, members maximize their savings while enjoying their favorite Subway meals. To add to the excitement, Subway is rolling out a multi-prize sweepstakes from October 3 through December 13. Lowe’s Introduces First-Ever MyLowe’s Rewards Week, Offering Discounts for Reward Club Members 

Lowe’s recently announced its upcoming MyLowe’s Rewards Week, a special event offering exclusive deals for members from October 10 to 16, 2024. It marks the first such event for Lowe’s and rewards members. During this week-long event, members can unlock discounts of up to 40% across several categories, including home décor, appliances, kitchen essentials, holiday items, and more, just ahead of the holiday season. 

Lowe’s SVP and CMO Jen Wilson said, “We're thrilled to launch MyLowe's Rewards Week as a special way to celebrate our members. This event marks an important step in our maturation of our loyalty offering and recognizes and rewards our members for the 'big deal' they are to us." Wilson added, “Since our launch of MyLowe's Rewards earlier this year, we've been focused on unlocking new ways to give more value to our members. This special week will showcase the program's ability to deliver outstanding deals and new earning opportunities for valued members.” 

During My Lowe’s Rewards Week, members can save $50 on Whirlpool laundry pairs, up to 40% on select tools and bathroom products, 30% on holiday decor and lighting products, and 20% on select storage items. Members spending $50 or more will also receive $5 in MyLowe’s Money. In addition to the special deals, MyLowe’s Rewards members benefit year-round from points on eligible purchases, free shipping, DIY workshops, and exclusive gifts.

Hard Rock International Kicks Off 25th PINKTOBER Campaign to Support Breast Cancer Awareness 

Hard Rock International is launching its 25th annual PINKTOBER campaign during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, continuing its commitment to support breast cancer research. Since the campaign's inception, Hard Rock has raised more than $12M, including $1.3 million in 2023. This year, the Hard Rock Heals Foundation kicks off the campaign with a $100,000 donation to the American Cancer Society, supporting research, advocacy, and patient care. 

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services SVP of People & Inclusion and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer Stephanie Piimauna stated, “For the past 25 years, Hard Rock has proudly supported researchers at incredible organizations across the globe working toward a cure for breast cancer. Through the Hard Rock Heals Foundation, we're honored to do our part and are deeply grateful to our partners, loyal guests, and team members who help us make a meaningful impact in raising awareness and funds for this vital cause each year.” 

As part of the PINKTOBER campaign, Hard Rock is hosting a special auction, events, and promotions at its hotels and properties, as well as online. A highlight of the auction, which runs through November 22, 2024, is autographed gear worn by Hard Rock brand ambassador and soccer superstar Lionel Messi and Oracle Red Bull Racing team members Sergio Perez and Verstappen. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Hard Rock Heals Foundation and Wings for Life. In addition to the auction, Hard Rock is donating 25 hotel stays to breast cancer survivors and caregivers and a suite of other offerings and initiatives.
