Dave & Buster’s Launches Late-Night Happy Hour Promotions
Dave & Buster's has returned to near full operating hours in the wake of the pandemic and is incentivizing customers with special late-night happy hour promotions. The company sees an opportunity to connect with its smartphone app users, of which it now has 3.6 million downloads and 1.9 million who have used the app within the last six months.

“The great thing about the app is it allows you to have one-on-one communication,” Michael Quartieri, Dave & Buster’s chief financial officer, said. “And that's what our marketing team is now gearing up for. They have the opportunity now, they have the tool, we're starting to gain the data. …. We've got a group of people to now specifically target to get them back into a Dave & Buster's.”

Fetch Rewards launched the first installment of the Fetch Price Index report, which offers a unique, data-rich view into how increasing pricing is affecting shopping behavior. Gulf Partners with Stuzo for New Loyalty and Mobile CX
Gulf Oil announced that it has selected Stuzo's Open Commerce Platform to power its new digital loyalty and payments program. To build on the Gulf Pay loyalty program, Gulf will launch its next evolution on Stuzo's Open Commerce Platform with intelligent 1:1 loyalty, contactless commerce, and cross-channel member loyalty capabilities later this year.

The new program will utilize Stuzo's Wallet Steering System to hyper-personalize Gulf's fuel offers and payments program capabilities to keep consumers engaged while providing additional insights and revenue for Gulf's network of branded distributors and dealers.
