Choice Privileges Reveals New Rewards Experience
The loyalty program from Choice Hotels International is gearing up for a major upgrade in early 2026, aiming to provide members with “more rewards, more often.” Key enhancements include milestone rewards every five qualifying nights, an entirely new top-tier status (Titanium) with special perks, and accelerated paths to elite status.
In addition to simplifying and speeding up status attainment, the program is introducing other meaningful benefits: a “Return & Earn” bonus of 1,000 points after the 2nd and 3rd stays each year, points will never expire for elite members, and starting in 2027, members will only drop one tier per year rather than losing status entirely in one go. Also, later in 2026, members will be able to share points with friends and family, helping increase flexibility.
These changes reflect Choice Privileges’ broader positioning as a modern loyalty program built for how people travel today—offering flexibility, frequent recognition and meaningful experiences. With a portfolio of over 7,000 branded properties across 46 countries and territories, the program is emphasizing richer value and more accessible elite benefits.

PetSmart Unveils Festive “Merry & Bright” Holiday Collection
PetSmart is ringing in the holiday season with the launch of its 2025 “Merry & Bright” collection, an exclusive assortment of more than 300 festive products designed to spread joy among pets and their families. The collection includes toys, treats, cozy beds, apparel such as matching pet-and-parent pajamas, and the return of PetSmart’s popular advent calendars. Many of the items are available for under $10.
A recent PetSmart survey revealed that 90% of U.S. pet parents plan to include their pets in holiday celebrations this year, whether through gift-giving, festive treats, or themed accessories. Most plan to spoil their companions with treats (80%), toys (74%), or comfort essentials like blankets and beds (42%). The Merry & Bright line reflects this growing trend of pets as family members, offering a range of items that encourage bonding and togetherness during the holidays.

Cicis Pizza Launches Cicis Rewards Loyalty Program
Cicis Pizza has recently introduced its inaugural loyalty program called Cicis Rewards™. The rollout is designed to marry its legacy with a modern loyalty offering featuring points, perks and digital engagement.
Once enrolled, members earn 10 points for every $1 spent (via QR code in the app or logging in online) and can redeem those points for rewards. The app also provides notifications for new items, limited-time offers and birthday surprises, with additional features promised in future months.
Cicis aims to deepen guest relationships, gather more behavioral data and deliver targeted offers beyond the buffet transaction.
