The second day of Expo 2018 concluded with all guests gathering together in the Cumberland Ballroom for the 2018 Loyalty360 Customer Awards Ceremony. Over a dinner provided by the Nashville Airport Marriott, guests were treated to video from leading companies and loyalty programs.
