Loyalty360 CX Awards identify brands with most innovative and impactful customer experience

Wyndham Rewards, the loyalty program of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, earned top honors in the 2015 Loyalty360 CX Awards. The awards were handed out at the 2015 Engagement & Experience Expo, in Dallas, TX, where executives and customer-focused professionals convened to share insights, best practices and innovations related to customer experience and engagement. The Loyalty360 CX Awards honor the brands that are using innovative and best-in-class techniques to deliver customer experiences that ultimately build customer loyalty.

Other brands receiving honors included EMC, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, Ryder Systems, Inc., and Chili’s Grill & Bar.

“The finalists presented their cases to Engagement Expo attendees, who then voted to determine winners,” said Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360. “The results were essentially determined by peers, who were impressed by the winners’ impactful and impressive customer experience strategies.”

More than 100 brands entered in the 2015 Loyalty360 Awards and competed in six different categories related to customer experience. A group of industry experts reviewed entries and scored them according to strict criteria, narrowing the field down to four finalists in each category. Wyndham stood out from the competition for a creative approach to customer experience centering on its intelligently tailored messaging and distinct Wyndham Wyzard spokesperson.
