The Verizon Business Link Rewards program website won based on its user-friendly design and marketing effectiveness. The site was rebranded in 2010 to improve the member experience and drive more engagement with the Verizon brand. Since the website rebranding, member online redemptions have increased to over 85% of total redemptions, a significant benchmark in loyalty program management. In addition, 98% of members who responded to an online survey said the new website is user-friendly.
