The 2015 Engagement & Experience Expo, presented by Loyalty360, kicks off today in Dallas, Texas. The conference will serve as a three-day forum for world-class speakers to discuss how companies can take advantage of the constantly changing world of customer engagement. With dozens of top CX organizations descending on the Lone Star State, this Expo is sure to provide exclusive insights that should not be missed.
We’ve gathered some of the best minds from CX leaders like EMC Corporation, Charles Schwab, and the Dallas Cowboys to share how their brands approach the task of giving customers the most engaging customer experience possible. Over the course of the Expo, these panels will give listeners an inside peek at strategies and best practices in CX from the companies that have proven to be innovators in the field.
Showcase sessions featuring brands including Gold’s Gym, Samsung, and Inquisium will provide different perspectives on CX, and how it’s being incorporated into different business strategies. These exclusive presentations can only be seen at the Engagement & Experience Expo.

To facilitate the process, there will be a “Speed Networking” session on Tuesday evening. CX Landscape, a customer experience report by Loyalty360, is an honest and unbiased assessment of customer experience strategies in the market today. Also at the show, The Loyalty360 CX Awards will recognize the very best in customer experience innovations. A field of 19 brands represents leaders from across diverse industries that are taking the extra steps to provide consumers with a positive, unique, and memorable experience. Representatives will compete in categories like Brand Messaging and Customer-centric Culture, each presenting a 15-minute explanation of how their company is changing the way that we look at CX. From there, our panel of esteemed judges will select a winner in each category to receive the Loyalty 360 CX Platinum Award.
