Enfamil 2024 Loyalty Expo Session: Customer Loyalty Wrapped in a Passion for Parents and Children

Enfamil, a brand of infant formula, is produced by Mead Johnson, a company falling under the umbrella of parent company Reckitt, a global leader in consumer nutrition, health, and hygiene. The brand entered the market in 1959 as Mead Johnson’s first routine formula for babies. Enfamil’s Family Beginnings® program offers families savings, exclusive rewards, and support.
 
Enfamil was selected as a finalist for the Customer Loyalty Innovation and Transformation category for this year’s Loyalty360 Awards, which will be held at the Loyalty Expo June 4-6 in Orlando, FL.
 
Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360, spoke with Leah Carder, Team Lead, Website, App & Rewards at Enfamil, and Nicki Sledd, the U.S. Lead for Enfamil’s Consumer Marketing and Contact Center, about their upcoming presentation. 
 


Could you give us a brief overview of your awards presentation that will be made at the 2024 Loyalty Expo?  
 
Carder: During our presentation, we’ll introduce the Enfamil brand and discuss our Enfamil Family Beginnings Program, which is our CRM program. From there, we’ll talk about three key innovations that we launched in 2023 and into the beginning of this year. We’ll also share our ongoing test-learn-innovate-optimize practice we’ve implemented.
 
Who do you think would benefit most from your award presentation at the conference?  
 
Carder: Brand marketers would benefit the most, but any type of marketer is welcome. One of the great things about this industry is that you can get so much inspiration outside of your category. Anyone attending the Loyalty Expo would get tremendous value from coming to see our presentation.
 
What are a few key takeaways attendees can expect to learn from your awards presentation?  
 
Sledd: They’ll take away our passion for parents. Enfamil Family Beginnings is a long-standing program that’s always focused on parents and their feeding journey. It also supports their journey with their child—all the milestones along the way. I hope what we exude is our passion for parents.
