CX Turns Pet Friendly with Wagz

Wagz Inc., the connected pet lifestyle company, announced that the Wagz Serve Smart Feeder is now integrated with Amazon Dash Replenishment, which enables connected devices to automatically reorder goods from Amazon whenever supplies run low.

With Dash Replenishment, the Wagz Serve Smart Feeder will automatically reorder pet food so customers never have to worry about running out. The Smart Feeder automatically delivers the proper amount of food at scheduled time slots and keeps dog owners connected to their pooch from anywhere.
 
“The Wagz Serve Smart Feeder allows dog lovers to automatically deliver the right nutrition to the right dog, at the right time, and stay connected to their pup from anywhere. Through smart automated feeding, customers can deliver food portions based on unique activity levels, remotely feed their dog when they are away, stay connected through a video camera, control how fast their dog eats, and keep multiple dogs from stealing each other’s food – all from their smartphone.”
 
The implementation of the Amazon feature was about allowing owners to have more time with their pets while not worrying about proper nutrition.
