Canadian North airline, which has provided passenger and cargo air service to northern Canada for more than 80 years, has chosen Persuade Loyalty as its loyalty marketing partner to heighten customer engagement.
“Canadian North is a perfect partner as it truly wants to create a unique loyalty program based on the needs of the communities they serve,” Rick Boubelik, president of Persuade Loyalty, said in a release. “Choosing a loyalty partner was a critically important decision for them in order to meet the challenges they faced in creating a highly-customized solution in a very short time period. We are honored to be selected as their loyalty partner.”
Persuade Loyalty, based in Minneapolis, will provide loyalty strategy including consulting, technology, web services, and marketing direction for the airline’s Aurora Rewards loyalty program that was launched in late March.
“Canadian North’s Aurora Rewards program offers something for everyone, whether you are a frequent flyer for business or a leisure traveler who flies less often,”said Peter McCart, Senior VP of Scheduled Airline Services at Canadian North.
The program enables passengers to collect points every time they fly on Canadian North flights that can be used for future flights, gift cards, or other items.
