Dayton, OH: Boost Rewards President Anita Emoff has been named a ‘Rising Star’ by Promotional Products Business Magazine (PPB), the official industry publication of the Promotional Products Association International.  This very coveted award was given only to 12 individuals in an industry of hundreds of thousands of industry professionals.

Joining Boost Rewards in 2006 with little incentive industry experience, Emoff was faced with the challenge to re-energize a fledging company that offers cutting edge rewards and recognition solutions to new clients, existing promotional clients, and prospects.  After pumping new technology solutions into the business and re-branding the company, Emoff began implementing additional changes to increase revenues. Under her direction, the division has grown from $1 million in annual sales in 2007 to an already contracted $6 million in 2010 and is expected to close the year close to $7.5 million in sales.

Emoff has been a critical leader in designing new technology solutions that has given Boost Rewards a competitive edge. “I truly enjoy the challenge of creating something that brings measurable value to our clients” says Emoff.  “Realizing a vision through building technology with great peers is very rewarding to me”.

PPB isn’t the first to notice Emoff. In 2008 she was featured in the Dayton Business Journal’s recognition feature 40 under 40. In 2009 she became majority owner of Boost Rewards and is currently obtaining her Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) certification.
