Best Wester CXWhen it comes to customer experience, Best Western continues to set the standard for excellence. For business travelers, in particular, Best Western has achieved a high degree of brand loyalty by surpassing the competition with its expansive breadth of quality services and valuable benefits.

Nowhere is this more apparent than in the number of prestigious awards that the brand continues to win, and Business Travel News (BTN) is the latest organization to bestow Best Western with such an honor.

For the second year in a row, BTN, a leading provider of comprehensive news and information serving the business travel industry, has just ranked Best Western Plus the No. 1 business hotel.

Best Western Plus, the brand’s line of hotels specifically designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers, has been selected for this award based on its excellence in corporate rate programs, sales staff, price and value, courteous service, physical appearance, in-room business amenities, data quality and travel meeting arrangements.

In this regard, the Best Western Plus customer experience outshined all other well-known hotels including Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, and Fairfield.Best Wester Personalized Experience

“We have been on a journey listening to the needs of our guests and our corporate clients for the past several years, and as a result, we are able to offer them a more meaningful, personalized experience at our hotels and in working with our company,” Dorothy Dowling, Best Western Hotels Senior VP of Marketing and Sales, told Loyalty360. “From the moment a reservation is made, our goal is to exceed customer expectations by providing exemplary care. We believe making a personal connection with our customers is critical.”

Of course, Best Western is excited to win this award for Best Western Plus, but the entire brand has also achieved excellence. Overall, Best Western also earned the top recognition for many of the same categories including sales staff, corporate rate programs, data quality, and meeting facilities.

“This award is something we are truly proud of because it’s a reflection of the personal relationships our sales team has made with the top corporate travel decision-makers in the industry,” Dowling continued. “We recognize the wealth of options corporate buyers have in today’s travel market and to be selected by them ahead of all other brands in our category is a tremendous honor.”

As it approaches its 70th anniversary, Best Western continues to solidify its place as a leading global company. In just the last five years alone, the brand has expanded to include Best Western Plus, Best Western Premier, BW Plus Executive Residency, BW Premier Collection, Vīb, and GLō.

What’s more, the brand’s extremely popular and award-winning loyalty program, Best Western Rewards, also continues to offer one of the richest loyalty programs in the industry with points that never expire.

“Best Western Hotels & Resorts continues to make great strides, and Business Travel News readers are clearly taking notice,” said Louis Magliaro, group publisher of The BTN Group.
