At Loyalty360, planning is in full swing for our upcoming Engagement & Experience Expo, scheduled for November 10 – 12 in Dallas, Texas. The agenda is coming together, with sessions from top brands like Starbucks Coffee Company and the fashion retailer Express. A highly competitive field is taking shape for the Loyalty360 CX Awards. The CX Landscape report, which all attendees will receive, promises to be chock-full of actionable insights. Our office will become even more frenzied in the coming months as we work to make this year’s expo highly valuable for attendees and the best one yet!

Any conference worth its weight in gold releases a list of top reasons to attend. Why wouldn’t anyone who is trying to drive attendance to an event compile a list?  It’s clear that we, as a society, are in love with lists (even if some of us don’t want to admit it). Lists help us focus, prioritize, avoid procrastination, understand concepts and can be entertaining. Highly-successful and intellectual people have been known to rely on lists; Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Martha Stewart and David Letterman, to name a few!  So even though we are knee-deep in expo prep, we didn’t want to be left out of the list craze.

In between our crucial expo planning tasks, like finding the right cowboy hat and boot combination to wear to the awards ceremony (it’s in the Lone Star State, after all), we came up with a list of reasons to attend. New for this year’s Engagement & Experience Expo is our inaugural Loyalty360 CX Awards and our first CX Landscape: The State of the Industry report, in addition to two popular brand-only roundtable sessions, top notch sessions, networking events and exhibit hall. All of these features made coming up with a list of reasons to attend an easy task.
