Women’s apparel merchant Chico’s has had a loyalty program for about 20 years, according to Justin Tidmarsh, the company’s director of brand loyalty. Tidmarsh told Loyalty 360 that a primary driver of loyalty at Chico’s is the relationship between store associates and customers.
