However, the survey also shows many marketers are still in the early stages of adopting AI, working through evolving definitions, rapidly changing use cases, and managing organizational risks associated with this emerging technology.
The survey provides insights into several areas where AI could drive innovation in loyalty programs, including personalization, content generation and optimization, predictive and descriptive analytics, as well as automated customer service. Respondents expressed strong interest in AI’s ability to deliver more personalized experiences by analyzing customer data to predict behaviors and preferences, enabling them to offer tailored rewards, communications, and product recommendations.
