Intersec has launched a new version of its Loyalty Management Suite for operators to offer promotions and services based on subscribers’ usage, behaviour and preferences.
The suite is used by several operators, including Orange, and Intersec claims that clients can expect ROI within the first nine months, and a revenue per user increase of 5-9 per cent per year.

Pricing offers alone are too easy to replicate, but offering subscribers timely promotions that correspond to their specific usage, behaviour and interests is vastly more effective and much more difficult to emulate," Yann Chevalier, chief executive of Intersec.
